I love this place. My dog was spayed today and they were very informative, no hidden fees, called me to notify me of any extra fees (which I accepted, my dog was actively in heat) they were super friendly at the front desk, took really good care of my pet. Highly impressed and definitely don’t understand all the negative reviews. They didn’t add any hidden fees and everything was exactly as costed on the website, and it was very affordable considering how much it normally costs to spay an animal, and the appointment making was extremely easy, and they fit people in so quickly. Love this place and would definitely recommend it. Update 3 weeks later my dog was right back to normal after her first meal and her incision is healed clean and nicely and she’s doing great!

Rescued my Scottish Fold back in June, and ASPCA of New Rochelle, NY recommended this place as one of the most affordable vets in the NYC metro area to spay her. I was able to get an appointment the next week using the online form (as they are all done on a certain weekday, depending on location). The care they gave my Rosie during this transition was unmatched. It was definitely worth the drive for the convenience of all services to be performed that day: spay surgery, chip insert, all shots, vet exam, pain meds, and antibiotics— totaled under $300. Brought her in at 8:00 AM, picked her up at 2:00 PM. We thank you, Value Pet Vet! Rosie is so happy & healthy!

We love Value Pet Vet. We live in the Bronx and travel here because they are so exceptional. My cat child is very anxious and his previous vet didn't know how to assist in keeping him as calm as possible, he literally popped all over the place. My nephew told me about this clinic. Here, I saw a cat swaddle for the first time and I was sold. My Mylo calmed down instantly. They listen and when I discuss what I've researched with them, we have an honest discussion about what's best for my fur baby. They aren't in this business strictly to make as much money as possible, but to truly help with animals needs. They are very nice and accommodating, when they can, if you're running late or have any additional questions. It's worth the 76 mile drive round trip because I would do anything for my Mylo, he deserves the best and that is Value Pet Vet. Dr. Lawendy and Nicolette were the nicest and caring. She even recommended a natural spray that fan help when Mylo feels anxious and to help him actually like his carrier bag and not think of it as his transport to the car, which he hates, and the vet, where he was stripped of his cathood 😆 neutered, poked during vaccinations, and had his ears cleaned which he hated but loved afterwards. They truly care.

Had the best experience.. they took care of Ruby and were very friendly ( front desk people and also assistants) . Ruby got out of there after her surgery so excited kissing everyone .. after almost two weeks she is healing just fine. Thank you everyone at petvalue!

I can not say enough good things about this vet and their staff! My chihuahua Bob always has something and they are always able to see us right away. My other dog Roscoe is super reactive to vets and they work so well with him. (He’s able to go through the back and out the back so he’s not sitting in a waiting room freaking out, they are attentive to his muzzle situation and have been great with administering medical treatment for him.) We are very happy with the price, staff and locations (we have been to both!) our cats have also been given great care. Thank you for providing a safe environment to bring pets to without overcharging!!!

I don’t have words to describe how grateful I am to this Veterinarian’s office. They saved my baby. I was a hot mess when I contacted them and they took us right away, my baby got emergency surgery the same day. It was a breeze. The manager, the front desk, and the Dr are amazing. They let you how much everything would be so there are no surprise charges, which I appreciate. I highly recommend them. Eve & BabyBella💕

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for the past few years. Value Pet Vet is a great asset to the community. Compared to other vets who take advantage of pet owners and charge them an arm and a leg, this practice is WONDERFUL. They provide great care to our fur babies, are straight forward about what’s needed vs what can wait, and they tell you about all pricing upfront as well so you’re not ever surprised by the bill. I’ve had both my dogs spayed/neutered there. I also had a foster cat spayed there. They have really flexible scheduling. Getting routine care is simple and affordable!

Needed significant dental care for our beloved corgi. Dr. Sherif Lawendy and team were amazing. We received real time updates during the procedure and high quality personal care at a cost that was more competitive than other local vets.

I didn’t know what to do as another local vet quoted me almost $1100 for my rescue dogs spay. I was in tears at work telling my coworker the story and he suggested this place. The same surgery ended up costing me half. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Great doctor and she put me at ease as a nervous fur mama. Also, Chrissy at the front desk is friendly and loved my dog so much. My pup loved her back too

Value Pet Vet is an absolutely stellar clinic! As a member of the animal rescue community, I have been using them for a year and a half, and they always go above and beyond for my kitties. The veterinarians are professional, highly knowledgeable and skilled, and the reception and veterinary technician staff are phenomenal. Today, for example, Nikki at the front desk and Dr. Lawendy went out of their way to help a kitty with multiple health issues that were solved with surgery.
